My name is Geraldo Rodriguez and I am a New York City based photographer that specializes in Sports Photography. While sports is my passion I love to branch out and do portraits and video. I started PHOTOGOD Visuals back in 2017, after friends in college gave me the nickname “PHOTOGOD,” since I was always at a sporting event capturing photos. I graduated from Iona College in May of 2018 with a Bachelor’s in Journalism. I currently serve as a Staff Photographer for Iona College Athletics and freelance for other schools and events. I have covered events such as the first round of the 2018 NCAA March Madness Tournament in Pittsburgh, MAAC Basketball Championship Tournament, Madison Square Garden Holiday Festival and the Haggerty Awards Dinner. My work has also been published in the New York Post, Sports Business Journal, Journal News and Asbury Park Press.
